Our vision

The purpose of Red School is to restore a feminine spiritual path and practice for ourselves, each other, our earth and life itself.

We’ve no intention of going back to some remembered past, or trying to recapture an ancient idyll. Our feet are firmly planted in the 21st century, and we believe our vision speaks to the needs and dreams of our time:

Imagine a society in which the cycles of life are revered and respected as quiet orchestrators of our lives – instilling a deep reverence for the planet and everything on it.

Imagine that the menstrual cycle is understood as the heartbeat of that Great Orchestration, and most crucially, honoured as the sacred source of life for us humans.

Imagine that knowledge of the full spectrum and power of the menstrual cycle is commonplace, and that we all feel the utter rightness of having this experience within us.
Imagine a world in which the menstrual cycle is respected as our spiritual practice. Imagine young people growing up in this menstrual affirming world.
