At Red School, our vision is to activate the vitality, creativity and leadership of a million people, through the magic of menstrual cycle awareness and a conscious menopause. So it’s amazing to watch the work take root across the world in so many ways, including having Menstruality Leadership Programme graduates from over 50 countries - mind-blowing!

Here are some other ways that menstruality is reaching people all around the world:

Wild Power is now available in ten languages:

We were delighted to find out that although the Hebrew copy of Wild Power has only recently been published, it has already sold 700 copies. Along with French, German, Czech, Korean, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Russian, and Korean, the book is now also available in Turkish. Find links to all of them here

Scholarships graduates are taking Menstrual Cycle Awareness across the globe:

Through receiving scholarships from the Menstruality Foundation Scholarship recipients, like Nina, who worked with the We Flow project in Sri Lanka to create and distribute packs with reusable sanitary pads and an introduction to menstrual cycle awareness.

Katya, who has been teaching workshops for psychologists, therapists, and other mental health professionals in Russia, about how to practice Menstrual Cycle Awareness (MCA) and share it with clients.

Stephanie who, in collaboration with two local friends, a local NGO, and a cultural heritage site, hosted a free women’s circle in Mysore, India exploring the intersection between menstruality and sustainability.

Franziska, who created playful workshops about the menstrual cycle, focused on children from fifty Ukranian, Polish and Russian families, and Dra Cre who has brought menstrual cycle awareness workshops to communities in Kentucky, USA.

They are also bringing MCA education to marginalised communities:

Jess partnered with a local Muslim friend from her home-education group to create menstrual cycle awareness workshops for their local Muslim community. And Pat gathered with women from a Black Carribbean background to explore menstrual cycle awareness and menopause together.

Tamsin found ways to weave menstrual cycle awareness into her work supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, using it as a tool for healing and empowerment. She believes that menstruality can play a crucial role in both preventing violence and helping survivors heal.

Giordana offered menstrual cycle awareness workshops to a group of young girls living in a refugee centre in Germany, to help them navigate the vulnerabilities of living with great uncertainty, having been uprooted from their homes during the already sensitive time of puberty.
