Kate is a writer, award-winning menstrualist activist and founder of Menstrual Cycle Support (MCS) - the world's first organisation to offer menstrual health support through GP surgeries on social prescription. Through her organisation she is pioneering research into the positive impact on mental and physical health of 'Menstrual Cycle Awareness' so that it can become more widely available in work, education and part of the everyday at home. She also offers 1:1 menstrual mentorship. A lover of the sea, she lives in Cornwall with her partner, Simon, and three daughters.
