About Red School

Red School is a global leader in the field of menstruality. We’ve spent nearly two decades pioneering a radical new approach to leadership, creativity and spiritual practice — rooted in the power of the menstrual cycle, the initiatory journey of menopause, and the wider rhythm of feminine intelligence.

We’re a small, highly flexible, remote-based team led by co-founders Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer. Our work includes professional training, deep-dive online programmes, a podcast, books, and an active post-graduate community — all dedicated to supporting people to reclaim cyclical wisdom and become agents of positive change in the world.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Digital Operations & Launch Coordinator to join our team in a vital part-time freelance role. You’ll work closely with Sjanie, our CEO and co-founder, as her right hand — supporting the day-to-day operations that keep the business flowing and thriving.

You’ll be the bridge between vision and implementation, creating ease and stability across our digital systems, launches, customer support and internal team operations.

This is a behind-the-scenes role — but it’s central to everything we do.

You’ll also work in collaboration with Lauren (our former Programmes Coordinator), who will be available for ad hoc work. Some high-skill technical tasks, funnel troubleshooting or specialist handovers may be supported by her, so your role will focus more on ongoing coordination, upkeep, and implementation than deep system design from scratch.

Core Responsibilities

Tech & Systems Management

- Manage and update sales pages (WordPress, ThriveCart)

- Set up and monitor automations (ActiveCampaign + Zapier)

- Manage onboarding flows for courses and lead magnets

- Coordinate and update course spaces in Circle

- Organise and administrate our "digital office" on Notion

- Liaise with Lauren for ad hoc support on more complex technical builds, troubleshooting, or platform transitions (e.g. SEO input, lead magnet builds, WordPress migration)

Project & Launch Coordination

- Own launch timelines and task tracking in Notion

- Collaborate with Alexandra, Sjanie, and Sophie to implement each phase

- Set up and test all funnel elements (emails, opt-ins, tags, access)

- Report on sales, engagement, and funnel performance

- Coordinate small one-off implementation pieces with Lauren when needed (e.g. sales reports, advanced automation logic)

Customer Support & Admin

- Respond to customer service emails with care and clarity

- Liaise with mentors and our finance admin

- Support scholarship admin, refunds, and payment tracking

- Maintain accurate participant records and internal systems

Content & Marketing Support

- Upload and format content (emails, blogs, social posts)

- Coordinate ad campaigns (support setup, reporting)

- Maintain shared content libraries (Descript, Google Drive, Canva)

- Assist with webinar/event logistics as needed

- May coordinate with Lauren on occasional ad strategy or Meta campaign builds if capacity allows

What You Bring

- Organised, detail oriented, meticulous and calm under pressure

- A tech savvy systems thinker who loves creating efficiency

- Experienced (or confident learning) platforms like ActiveCampaign, ThriveCart, Zapier, WordPress, Circle

- A warm, professional communicator who can represent Red School's professionalism and humanity

- Self-led and collaborative, able to track timelines and hold accountability

- Purpose-driven and aligned with Red School's values and mission

- Comfortable working remotely with open communication and light structure

Tools We Use

You don’t need to know them all, but you should be confident and quick to learn:

- ActiveCampaign, Zapier, ThriveCart, Webflow / WordPress (soon), Circle, Notion

- Google Workspace, Canva, Descript, Zoom, Meta Ads Manager

Working with Us

- You’ll work closely with Sjanie, our CEO and co-founder

- Most work is self-directed and asynchronous, with open communication and rhythmic check-ins

- You’ll occasionally liaise with Lauren for ad hoc specialist tasks and handover support

- We’re a small, values-driven team that works with trust, humour, and care

- You’ll be invited to work in ways that honour your menstrual cycle and personal rhythm

Pay & Hours

- £20/hour (freelance, invoiced monthly)

- Approx 110 hours/month (approx. 25/week, flexible)

- Trial period (up to 3 months), then 12-month rolling contract

- Open to long-term collaboration for the right person
