To ensure you receive personalized guidance throughout your journey, you'll be supported by one of our four Senior Leadership Mentors:

All our mentors are highly qualified graduates of the Menstruality Leadership Programme and experienced facilitators of our Menstruality Medicine Circle process. They are deeply committed to sharing this work and holding you in their presence throughout the programme.

Abi Denyer-Bewick

Abi brings a rich, playful and deeply nourishing approach to cyclical living.
